Refund and Returns Policy – Drezola
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
- Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
- After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged products by the customer
